Gaylord Palms Resort Fee: The daily resort fee, $45.00 plus applicable tax, will be added to the guest room rate. This fee will cover several in-room amenities, which will include:

2. Complimentary Self-parking for guests on the day of the wedding, Saturday, April 24th, 2027 (value $40.00 Per Vehicle, Per Day)

Please identify yourselves as part of the Cannell Porwoll Wedding group staying at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, located at 6000 West Osceola Parkway, Kissimmee, Florida 34746-4414.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. The hotel will not hold any reservations unless they are secured with a credit card.

Reservations for all guests must be received on or before the Cutoff Date, Friday, March 26th, 2027. After the Cutoff Date, Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center will release any unreserved rooms for general sale and, in their discretion, will accept reservations at Cannell Porwoll Wedding’s group rate, on a space and rate available basis.

Individuals will be required to place a deposit equal to 1 night's room and tax at the time of reservation. Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least five (5) working days before arrival, and a cancellation number is obtained.

There is a mandatory $45.00 daily resort fee; it includes daily shuttle service to Disney Springs & Walt Disney World Theme Parks and admission to the water park.
