Gaylord Palms Resort Fee: The daily resort fee, $45.00 plus applicable tax, will be added to the guest room rate. This fee will cover several in-room amenities, which will include:

Please call Marriott Reservations directly at (407) 586-0000, or book online via https://book.passkey.com/go/CannellPorwollWedding on or before the Cutoff Date of Friday, March 26th, 2027, to make your room reservations. Please identify yourselves as part of the Cannell Porwoll Wedding group staying at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, located at 6000 West Osceola Parkway, Kissimmee, Florida 34746-4414.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. The hotel will not hold any reservations unless they are secured with a credit card.

Reservations for all guests must be received on or before the Cutoff Date, Friday, March 26th, 2027. After the Cutoff Date, Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center will release any unreserved rooms for general sale and, in its discretion, will accept reservations at Cannell Porwoll Wedding’s group rate, on a space and rate available basis.

Individuals will be required to place a deposit equal to 1 night's room and tax at the time of reservation. Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least five (5) working days before arrival, and a cancellation number is obtained.

A Pink Tie Formal – Pink Requested wedding dress code is a blend of traditional formal wedding attire and a specific color theme where guests are asked to incorporate pink into their outfits.

It sits at the same level as black-tie on the formality scale. It is elevated and polished, typically calling for evening wear.

For Women: Floor-length gowns, elegant maxi-length formal dresses, or dressy jumpsuits. You can wear a pink dress (ranging from soft blush or rose to magenta, dusty rose, or metallic pink), or choose a neutral/formal base outfit and accent it with pink shoes, a pink clutch, or pink jewelry. Simply put, women wear a formal, floor-length evening gown with jewelry, heels, and an elegant clutch.
